1. What Kalmo TV is

Kalmo TV is a media player for Google TV and Android TV, published by Gaspard Delvaux, sole trader under the name STALL Studio, Rue Bois du Corbeau 49, 6220 Lambusart, Belgium, company number 1030.079.523 (“we”). It plays the sources you add: your Jellyfin or Plex servers, your playlists, and the channels of its official catalog.

Kalmo TV does not provide, sell or host any content. We provide no playlist, no channel subscription, and no help finding any.

2. Your sources, your responsibility

You only add sources you have the right to watch: your own media library, services you subscribe to, streams published by their rights holders. You respect the terms of these services and copyright. We do not control what you add and we are not responsible for it.

Kalmo TV does not bypass any protection: no DRM, no geographic restriction, no access control. Do not try to use it for that.

3. The official catalog

The catalog offers channels that their broadcasters stream publicly on the internet themselves. Each channel is listed with proof of its official origin and the date it was checked. These streams belong to their broadcasters: they may change, stop or be unavailable in your country, and there is nothing we can do about it.

4. Kalmo Casa

Kalmo Casa is an optional subscription that adds features to the player (for example several sources, sync between your TVs, profiles, rewinding live TV). It gives access to no content: everything you need to watch stays free.

• The subscription is bought with Google Play, at the price shown in the app and in Google Play.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period, until you cancel it in Google Play.
• If it includes a free trial, you pay nothing if you cancel before the trial ends.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds follow Google Play’s rules.
• When the subscription ends, nothing is deleted: Kalmo Casa’s features are paused and come back if you subscribe again.

5. Other companies’ services

Kalmo TV works with services that do not depend on us: Google Play, Google Drive, Jellyfin, Plex, and the providers of your sources. Their terms apply to their use, and their outages or changes may affect the app.

6. Availability and liability

We do our best for Kalmo TV to work well, but we cannot guarantee that it works without interruption, or with every source and every device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage related to the use of the app or of your sources. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

7. Intellectual property

The Kalmo TV name, the Kalmo Casa name, their logos and the app itself belong to us. You may use the app for your personal use; you may not copy, modify or redistribute it.

8. Rights holders

Kalmo TV hosts no content. If you hold rights and something in our catalog, our Google Play listing or our communication is a problem for you, write to [email protected]: we answer quickly and remove what needs to be removed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer in another country of the European Union, you keep the protection of your country’s mandatory rules. In case of dispute, write to us first at [email protected]: we will look for an amicable solution.

11. Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its date. Important changes are announced in the app.
